**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

**Must-Have:**
- PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience
- Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
- Use of Rapid Response Teams
- Blood Product Administration
- Central and Peripheral Line Care/Management
- Management of Cardiac and Vasoactive drips (no titration)
- Traveler experience

**Job Description:**
- Deliver quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias effectively
- Utilize Rapid Response Teams as necessary
- Administer blood products and manage central and peripheral lines
- Handle cardiac and vasoactive drips with precision
- Float to various areas as needed, including emergency, medical, surgical, cardiac, and ICU for PCU-level cases
- Work scheduled weekends and potentially during catastrophic events
- Understand and perform responsibilities within hospital systems such as Pyxis, EPIC, and SBAR
- Complete necessary 40-hour unit orientation
- Follow appropriate attire guidelines (Navy and White scrubs)
- Demonstrate flexibility with self-scheduling

**Additional Notes:**
- Candidates must be comfortable floating based on skill sets and census
- Candidates should have ventilator experience and competency in managing and titrating drips
- Prioritize infection control and isolation precautions, especially with non-invasive airway management
- Completion of online and in-person module training pre-start and annually
