Job Details PCU/MS/ED Hold-Float Pool MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit doesn't accept first time travelers PATIENT POPULATION: Adults to Geriatrics RATIO: 1:4-1/6 UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC & SBAR UNIT DESCRIPTION: This position will be hospital float pool staff and will be expected to float throughout the hospital. Nurses in this role will be caring for post surgical, medical, PCU stepdown on IP units and ER as hold patients. Competencies for these services as well as critical drips will be expected. Ratios are 1:4-1:6 depending on patient acuity.
