Certification Details BLS and ACLS required Job Details PCU RN (7 West) 13 weeks days 7a-7p Options: 3x12, self-scheduling, EOW 3x12, block, Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon 4x12, self-scheduling, EOW 4x12 blocked, Fri-Mon or Sat-Tue - Fast-paced work environment with an average of 5-10 discharges/admits daily - Care for patients from outlying areas who seek specialty services - Focus on acute and chronic management of heart failure patients presenting in crisis, acute cardiac events and illnesses, exacerbation of chronic cardiac disease. - High acuity patients- IV medical management, hi-flow oxygen, impaired immobility due to venous congestion - Manage patients post cardiac catheterization and/or cardioversion Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4) All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity Job Requirements BLS and ACLS required Schedule Information days 7a-7p Options: 3x12, self-scheduling, EOW 3x12, block, Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon 4x12, self-scheduling, EOW 4x12 blocked, Fri-Mon or Sat-Tue Unit Specific Information PCU RN (7 West) Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4) Additional Details I9 or attestation required.
