Serves as an alternative unit for GI, Pulmonary, and other surgical/ procedural patients being covered by Hospitalists. BLS and ACLS required Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4) All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity ALL RTO MUST BE SENT UP FRONT WITH SUBMITTAL Holiday RTO Requirement: Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year).
