Unit Information: Number of Beds: 21, Patient Ratios: 4:1, up to 5:1, 3:1 for BiPAP teams, Equipment: BiPAPS, High flow, telemetry monitoring, occasional Cardiac Drips
EMR: Cerner – Required
Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Proficient in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, IV medications (including drips), & Tracheostomy Management, Intermediate/step down experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience: Proficient with BiPAPs and high flow, Proficient with chest tubes, Pulmonary disease management
Type of Patients on Unit: Mix
Personality Fit: Positive attitude, flexibility, excellent critical thinking in stressful situations, good sense of humor

Duration of assignment: HWS will have approval to offer 13-18 week assignments
