Travel Nurse Rn - Pcu - Progressive Care Unit - $2,307 Per Week

Certification Details Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS. May need to complete online education modules and unit orientation based on individual needs. Job Details Evening shifts may vary from 5:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Night position from 7 pm to 7:30 am. 48 hours per week preferably, 36 hours acceptable. This is a travel nursing position. Job Requirements 3 years of PACU experience with recent experience. Must be able to read tele strips. Required to have ICU experience. Experience with Pre-Operative and Post Operative procedures. Must be proficient in Cardiac Drips, IVS, Tele Monitoring, PH 1 Care, Groin management, EKGs. Trauma Level 1 Experience necessary. Previous travel nursing experience needed. Able to work in a Pre-Post Vascular, Robotic TAVRS, Pediatric CATHs environment. Capable of Pre and Post Procedure TEE/CV/ CATH/EP OR Procedures. Schedule Information 12-hour night shifts. Scheduled every other weekend. Rotating call requirements. May include weekend day shifts. Unit Specific Information The unit has 40 pre-post beds and 9 overnight bays for 23-hour short stays. Patient ratios are 2:1 for Phase 1 Care and up to 3-4 for 23-hour stays. Equipment includes IV PUMPS, PCAS, Epidurals, A lines, Tele Monitoring, TEE/CV. The EMR system used is Epic. Additional Details Must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude. Preference for candidates with a fragrance-free policy. Artificial nails and cell phone use are not acceptable while on duty.
