Job Details Cleveland Clinic- Main Campus Hospital – HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission! MUST HAVE minimum of 18 months recent Cardiac Stepdown experience. PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required. MUST HAVE min 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Job Requirements MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS, NIH required. Schedule Information D/N rotating: 3x12's - 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, BLS - Basic Life Support, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure, CHEMO - Chemotherapy, TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, Tech Cert Verification - National, HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement, Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification, Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication), Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, Competency Exam required within 12 months of start, and updated annually.
