**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Pediatric, Med-Surg Pediatrics **Job Duration:** 12 months **Shift:** Day - 12x3 - 07AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Experience:** - Minimum of two years as a registered nurse - One year of pediatric experience **License:** - Current RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to state law prior to start date **Certifications:** - Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date - Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association - APHON certification required for Hem-Onc/BMT nurses **Must-Have:** - Acute care experience with strong airway skills including Trach/vent and Respiratory diagnoses **Job Description:** - Candidates must have strong skills in airway management and experience with Trach/vent and respiratory diagnoses - COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required - Flu vaccination is required from October through April; exemptions must be approved prior to start - Nurses not vaccinated for Flu or COVID-19 must sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season - Assignments will float between all acute care inpatient units, including Infectious Disease, GI, Endo, Neuro, Ortho, Pulm, and Hem Onc/BMT - Only night shifts are currently available
