**Job Title:** Program Manager III - Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) - Critical Care **Job Duration:** 13 Weeks **Shift:** 12 hours, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week **Experience:** 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years **License:** Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided) **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) **Must-Have:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program **Job Description:** - Provide comprehensive care to critically ill pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Unit. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. - Administer medications and perform advanced life support measures as needed. - Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes to the healthcare team promptly. - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. - Educate and support patients' families regarding treatment plans and care steps. - Ensure a high standard of nursing care aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements. - Adapt to dynamic situations and demonstrate effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
