This position is a 13-week commitment (with option to extend) that allows you the flexibility to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties. We provide a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement.
As a Travel Nurse with BAYADA at Inspira you will: Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home. Conduct admissions (Start of Care) visits as well as perform case management as needed. Perform multiple visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition. Requirements: Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ. Previous home health experience required. Must commit to a 13-week assignment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month. OASIS experience required; previous HCHB experience preferred. Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census. Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Compensation: Based on experience and type of visit. $170-175 for Start of Care (SOC) visits.
