Travel Nurse Rn - Psych - $1,951 Per Week In Denton, Tx

Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse • Mid-Shift We're seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year in a facility setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities and medically fragile conditions. Responsibilities: • Deliver individualized nursing care. • Float to other units as required. • Administer medication to individuals taking multiple medications. • Communicate effectively with team members and patients. Requirements: • Active Texas RN License. • AHA BLS Certification. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience with larger med pass. • COVID•19 vaccination. Additional Information: • 26•week contract, 40•hour work week. • Shifts: 2:00 pm • 10:00 pm, 5 days a week, every other weekend. • 6•week orientation, starting bi-monthly. • Familiarity with the Iris/Cerner EMR system is a plus. Ideal candidates have experience in nursing homes. Please note, that agency nurses may be required to float to other units as needed.
