Travel Nurse Rn - Stepdown - $1,739 Per Week

NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/18/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available). Neuro experience preferred including NIHSS. Must have BLS, ACLS and NIHSS. Neuro/neurosurgical, cardiac, renal and med/surg. Post-cath without intervention, stable arrhythmias, post-pacemakers, syncope, and chronic renal failure.Drips: Heparin. Can administer IV BP medications. Oxygen: Stable trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High flow. No ventilators. Max O2 requirement is 6L. Licensing/Certification: Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required), BLS (preferred upon hire), ACLS (preferred), CCRN (preferred), PCCN (preferred), NIH Stroke Certification (preferred) Education: Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred) Work Experience: 1 year of RN experience (required), 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred) Training: EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred), Critical Care Course (preferred).
