Travel Nurse Rn - Telemetry - $1,894 Per Week

Certification Details Active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). Job Details A hospital in Arizona is looking for an experienced Tele nurse for a travel assignment. The right candidate will have a full 2 years of experience, and hold an active BLS, ACLS and AZ license (or compact). Should be prepared to float to sister facility in Mesa and is required to work weekends in rotation with core staff. COVID vaccine is required or declination form with appropriate documentation and hospital approval. A pass/fail Sim Lab is required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions). Job Requirements A full 2 years of experience. Shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a. Unit Specific Information Unit: MS/Tele Floor specific orientation: 2 days Common Procedures / Types of patients: MS/Tele, Post-surgical (appy/chole ect) Additional Details ACLS, BLS, COVID Vaccine Required SIMs Lab: Expected completion of SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes. SIMs lab is pass/fail & nurses have been termed during SIMs Lab for breaking sterile field. Hospital expects every nurse is competent in maintaining a sterile field, as these are nursing skills that are performed frequently.
