Minimum 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Must have at least 1.5 PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience
AHA BLS & ACLS
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
