Adults: Y
Geriatric:Y
Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: cardiac, sepsis, post surgical, cardioversions, pre and post op cardiac cath, covid, TAVR, Watchmans
Any special procedure done on the unit? Cardio versions
Common Medications used on the unit? Cardiac
Start and end shift times: 7 to 7
Lunch ( ½ hr, 1 hr, 2 hr, etc.): 1/2 hour
LPN's on Unit?N
Use of Ancillary staff:Y
Does supplemental staff float: Y
What areas require floating?where needed in med/surg/tele
Is Vasoactive Drip Titration Required? Y
If Yes, which drips: Amiodarone and cardizem
IV Insertion Y
PICC/Central Line Management Y
Remote Tele Y
Tele Interpretation Y
Vascular Device Access/Care Y
CPAP/BiPAP Y
Trach Care Y
Feeding Tubes Y
Required QualificationsBLS and ACLSMust have 18 months of tele/cardiac experienceVascular Device Access/Care IV InsertionCardioversion/Defibrillation and CPAP experience
