**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) **Job Specialty:** Telemetry **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Days/Nights, 3x12-hour shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Two to five years required **License:** RN License **Certifications:** BLS required **Must-Have:** Epic experience, willingness to care for COVID patients, ability to float to all Medical-Surgical floors, two years experience **Job Description:** - Provide care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies. - Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership for the safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education. - Delegate patient care tasks commensurate with staff education and experience levels. - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel in delivering patient care. - Care for patients 18 years and older, with various acute medical diagnoses, including peritoneal dialysis. - Maintain a nicotine-free status, as required by facility policy. - Be willing to obtain the flu vaccine from September 7 to April 30. - Unable to consider candidates with a suspended license in the past. - Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved medical/religious exemption. - Note: Former permanent employees at any related facilities within the past year cannot be considered.
