Travel Nurse Rn - Telemetry Specialist

Job Summary Cross Country Nurses is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring.
As a telemetry nurse, you will be responsible for the care of patients with complex diagnoses, including cardiac ailments, congestive heart failure, stroke, COPD, and diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize high-tech equipment to perform diagnostic tests and track patient progress
Requirements:
At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in telemetry
Active RN license
