**Job Description:**
- Possess general knowledge in areas such as IV administration, wound care, and case management.

- Uphold confidentiality in handling personnel and other sensitive information.
- Proficiently use office machines during job functions and answer phone calls professionally.
- Demonstrate proficiency in assessment, prevention, and care planning for wound and ostomy care.
- Act as a resource for nursing staff regarding wound/ostomy care needs.
- Manage and care for all types of venous access devices and administer medications including antibiotics and blood products.
- Perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, and administer IM/SQ injections proficiently.
- Assist with sterile techniques for various procedures and carry out physician orders accurately.
- Communicate significant assessment findings and care plans clearly to patients and physicians.
- Utilize critical thinking strategies and the nursing process to provide individualized care.
- Continuously improve customer service and maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends and evidence-based practices.
- Adhere to dress code and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
- Complete regulatory and education requirements annually.
- Report to work on time and attend all appropriate meetings, embodying the mission and ethics of the organization.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary and to function independently.
- Able to sit, stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), walk, and move intermittently during working hours.
