**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience
**License:** Current RN licensure in good standing in the state of practice
**Certifications:**
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS required within one year of hire
- Wound care certification (WOCN or WCC) preferred
**Must-Have:**
- Experience with PCC Programs preferred
- General knowledge in areas such as IV administration, wound care, and case management

**Specific Responsibilities:**
- Demonstrate proficiency in skin and wound care assessment, prevention, identification, documentation, and planning of care.
- Act as a resource for nursing staff regarding patient skin/wound/ostomy care needs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in venous access device care and IV infusion protocols.
- Administer IM/SQ injections and perform venipuncture.
- Demonstrate competency in sterile techniques and assist in procedures.
- Carry out prescribed physician orders and schedule patient care as needed.
- Assess, plan, intervene, and re-evaluate all patients referred to the outpatient department.
- Communicate significant assessment findings to physicians in a timely manner.
- Utilize nursing processes and critical thinking to implement individualized care.
- Strive to consistently improve customer service through clinical expertise and evidence-based practices.
- Familiarize with regulatory requirements relevant to nursing practice.
