**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Must-Have:** Active RN license and certification in Wound/Ostomy Care

**Job Description:**

- Provide specialized nursing care for patients with wound and ostomy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on wound and ostomy management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Cerner EMR system.
- Adhere to established nursing and healthcare standards and practices.
- Deliver exceptional patient care with attention to safety and quality.

**Additional Information:**

- Holiday pay policy is applicable based on shift start times.
- No requirement for previous affiliation with specific health systems.
- Orientation hours will be provided.
- Trauma Level 3 facility with a bed size range of 150-500.
