**License:** Registered Nurse License

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support

**Must-Have:**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program

**Job Description:**
- Manage wound and ostomy care projects.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) or Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) certification preferred
