No weekends or On call requirements. Not an inpatient rehab facility -it is 100% Acute Care Hospital. Typical population Ortho, Neuro, Med surg. Adult/Geriatric The Case load Variable with census. - Only 1 OT at facility. Therapist is responsible for triaging caseload. - Start dates Occur every Other Monday 12/2 & 12/16. - client requires all credentialing submitted 1 week prior to start. - All RTO must be submitted and approved prior to acceptance. - Centra accepts approved declinations for Covid/Flu. - No local traveler under 60 miles will be accepted - Client can cancel up to 24 hours per assignment due to census. - Candidates must be pre closed on this position Required Upon Submission - VA OT License, NBCOT. -BLS Covid flu Vax or Declination Required. - Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy. -Preferred Education: Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. - Adult and/or geriatric therapy experience.
