Occupational Therapist - Long-term Acute Care - (OT - Acute)

StartDate: 12/30/2024
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1781.68 - $1952.26

OT- ltach needed asap for 13 weeks
Monday to Friday (30-40 hrs./week) but flexible for days of week.

Facility Setting? LTACH
1-2 years experience
State lic required
Number of beds in your facility? Licensed80 with Census 55-60.
Preferred experience level? Experienced in acute care, LTACH setting a plus.
EMR for your facility: ProTouch
Scrub colors / dress code: Gray Scrubs
Parking Location: Side of hospital but very limited. Suggest public transit use.
