Pay Rate: $1814.75 - $1988.50
o Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required
o At least one year of Home Care experience - Required
o Mostly Outpatient w/ Acute Care
o Ortho, Neuro, Peds Experience - Required
o ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)
