Occupational Therapist - Outpatient - (OT)

Shift: Days
Hours: 7:00 am – 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 **NOTE: Time off/Holidays: TBD
Days of Week: Mon-Thursday
Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 guaranteed/40 scheduled. **NOTE: ANY overtime must be pre-approved
Patient Population e.g. "geriatric, adult, peds, etc.": Pediatrics and Special needs
Required Certifications: NM State OT License, BLS (Must be from American Heart Association)
• Years of Experience: 1
ALL Required Vaccinations verified
• Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
Preferred Skillset/Experience: PREFERRED Pediatrics Outpatient experience
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Medical-IE Cerebral Palsy, Down's Syndrome, Autism, preemie babies, ….
Patient Ratios: 10-14 scheduled patients per day
• EHR: Cerner
Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans.
