**Job Title:** Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 72 hours per 2 weeks

**Experience:** Prefer 1 year of inpatient rehab experience; first timers accepted

**License:** Alaska Occupational Therapist License (pending license accepted)

**Certifications:** BLS, NBCOT

**Must-Have:** Prefer experience in inpatient rehab setting

**Job Description:**

- Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
- Treat patients with conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and amputations.
- Chart using Epic system.
- Flexible to work weekends.
- Must be willing to work two out of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Complete non-billable modules as part of orientation (average 16 hours).
- Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby if needed.
- Adhere to facility requirements for Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Attend a mandatory 40-hour orientation.
- Provide supervisory references covering one year of employment within the last three years.
- Please arrange your own housing as options may be limited.
