**Job Title:** Inpatient Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

**Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30), Monday-Tuesday, Friday-Saturday

**Guaranteed Hours:** 72 hours per 2 weeks

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

**License:** Alaska Occupational Therapy License (Pending license accepted)

**Certifications:** BLS, NBCOT

**Must-Have:** Prefer Inpatient Rehab Experience

**Job Description:**
- Provide therapy services in a specialty rehabilitation hospital
- Work with patients with stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and amputations
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop individualized patient care plans
- Use Epic for charting and documentation
- Flexibility to work weekends is required
- Participate in a 40-hour orientation
- Comply with facility health requirements, including Hep B vaccination
- Engage in non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours, and complete annual requirements
