**Job Description:**

- Provide therapeutic services and patient care in the rehab division.
- Required to work in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) environment.
- Assist patients with rehabilitation activities and exercises designed to improve their physical abilities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using Allscripts MACs EMR system.
- Adhere to a dress code of scrubs without logos.
- Open to flexible tasks as the need for floating to other units arises.
- Participate actively in the hospital's initiatives for quality improvement and patient safety.
