**Job Description:**
- Conduct therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop appropriate therapy plans.
- Use rehabilitative techniques to improve patients' capacity to perform daily activities.
- Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
- Adhere to professional practice standards and facility policies.
- Carry out nationwide and multi-state background checks, including criminal history.
- Conduct HHS/OIG and GSA searches, along with a Social Security Number trace.
- Complete specified health screenings such as 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon.
- Participate in a SAM search and Maryland State Background check.

This position does not require bilingual capabilities or holiday coverage.
