**Experience:** 2 years in service line required

**License:** License in hand required

**Must-Have:**
- COVID-19 vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)

**Job Description:**
- Provide inpatient rehabilitation services as an occupational therapist
- Engage in therapy sessions aimed at helping patients regain independence and achieve daily living skills
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize Altera charting system (experience preferred, not required)
- Preferably hold previous travel experience
- Complete a 16-hour orientation program
- Submit all necessary documentation by the specified due dates, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis if communicated in advance
