**Job Description:**
- Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs
- Assist patients in building or restoring vocational, homemaking, and daily living skills
- Promote general independence in persons with disabilities or developmental delays
- Participate in module training to enhance specialty skills
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations
