**Must-Have:**
- Adult Outpatient and Rehabilitation Facility experience
- Skills in CVA Rehabilitation, Traumatic Brain Injury, Lower Extremity, Other Progressive Neurological Disorders, Spinal cord injury, Upper Extremity
- Experience with Electrical Stimulation and Ultrasound modalities
- Orthopedic case experience with Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement, Knee Injuries, Total Knee Replacement
- Professional expertise in Lifting and Transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and Injury Prevention, Telephone communication
- Proficiency in Cognitive Assessment, Functional Capacity Evaluation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Other Perceptual Assessments
**Job Description:**
- Engage in adult outpatient rehabilitation specializing in various neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide patient and family education for safety and injury prevention
- Utilize advanced modalities and manual therapy techniques to enhance rehabilitation
- Document and manage assessments, evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning
- Participate actively in the therapy team to meet the facility's needs, with potential for floating if required
- Comply with all mandatory training and orientation sessions, including online modules
Note: The position includes a rotation every 6 weeks for weekend work and requires a flu vaccine, except for approved medical/religious exemptions.
