**Job Title:** Home Health Occupational Therapist

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Per contract, the facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed

**Experience:** 1 year of skilled home health experience required

**License:** Pending license accepted

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
- Own transportation is required

**Job Description:**

- This is a backfill position for Home Health.
- The facility is located in Everett WA/Snohomish County and surrounding areas.
- Candidates may visit up to 6 patients per day with a standard of 30 productivity points.
- First-timers are not accepted.
- Weekend work is not required.
- Clinicians will not float within the facility to meet needs.
- Block scheduling is not available.
- Locals within a 50-75 mile radius are considered local and accepted at the same rate.
- Oasis experience is preferred but not required. Please note if the candidate does not have Oasis experience.
- The system does a good job of grouping clients to minimize drive and windshield time, with an occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
- Familiarity with the charting system (EPIC) is preferred.
- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly records of work-related cell phone usage to the agency if required.
