**Certifications:** National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy, CPR Certification (within 90 days of hire)

**Must-Have:**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Analytical skills to evaluate patient status and establish therapy goals
- Excellent computer skills and ability to process detailed information accurately

**Job Description:**

- Assist patients in the restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment
- Perform examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems
- Gather information from patient charts, patients, and families, or other appropriate sources
- Demonstrate necessary knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate to the population served
- Formulate treatment plans consistent with therapy goals
- Observe patients and document their status
- Support technicians and assistants in resolving problems
- Special focus on outpatient pediatric care
