**Job Description:**
- Assess clients' physical capacities, developmental, and psychosocial functions using standardized and non-standardized assessment and measuring tools.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement occupational therapy group or individual treatment plans for clients.
- Determine appropriate therapy techniques and sequences, coordinating treatment plans with other programs for the overall benefit of clients.
- Provide consultation with clients, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders regarding client progress, treatment recommendations, and integration of plans with other programs.
- Participate in the planning, organizing, and controlling of occupational therapy services, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess and identify suitable adaptive equipment.
- Document evaluations, observations, and assessments of client performance.
- Record treatment plans and any necessary revisions.
- Requisition supplies and equipment as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records and stay current with knowledge relevant to occupational therapy through reading and attending required training sessions.
- Attend staff meetings to stay informed and engaged with the team.
