**Job Title:** Home Health Occupational Therapist

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks with potential for extension

**Shift:** Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required

**License:** Valid state license required at the time of submission

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Job Description:**

- Perform occupational therapy services for home health patients.
- Manage a daily caseload of 5-6 units.
- Work shifts from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Collaborate with a team to ensure patient-centered care.
- Adapt and manage time effectively to meet patient needs.
- Use EPIC for charting and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Participate in orientation with a preceptor.
- Required to have experience with EPIC charting system and understanding of compliance and facial hair policies for fit testing.
