**License:** Current unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state
**Certifications:** Current BCLS, Current unrestricted certification from Hand Therapy Certification Commission with recertification every 5 years
**Must-Have:** Must be willing to relocate to the specified location
**Job Description:**
- Coordinate and direct patient care services for patients of all ages to ensure that their needs are met.
- Perform patient evaluation/assessment and establish and implement a plan of care.
- Assess the effectiveness of and modify treatments to ensure goal achievement.
- Educate patients and caregivers on necessary care procedures.
- Produce quality documentation in a timely manner to support provision of care, according to professional association and regulatory guidelines.
- Collect and analyze data from selected outcome measures to monitor patient progress and intervention benefits.
- Communicate appropriately and clearly with physicians, staff, and leadership.
- Demonstrate an understanding of treatment costs and financial support in relation to quality and efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, billing/coding, and procedural planning tasks.
