**Job Description:**

- Assist with the development and implementation of rehabilitative programs for patients.
- Support patients by helping them improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
- Record patient progress, provide updates to supervising therapists, and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Encourage patients and provide emotional support during therapy sessions.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Adhere to facility guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
