**Job Description:**

- Provide assistance with occupational therapy under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Implement and track therapeutic programs designed to improve patients' daily living skills.
- Evaluate patient progress and provide feedback to the supervising occupational therapist.
- Maintain and document patient records using the Cerner electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards.
- Holiday coverage is required, with shifts beginning on holidays qualifying for holiday pay.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
