**Job Description:**
- Provide occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
- Work collaboratively with a team to support patient care.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records.
- Adapt to client needs and perform appropriate therapy.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow facility protocols.
- Participate in orientation and adhere to dress code policies.
- Commitment to a consistent weekday schedule of Monday to Friday.
- Contribute to a new or expanded service line within the facility.
- Deliver patient-centered care to achieve optimal outcomes.
