Travel Occupational Therapist (Ot) In Keene, Nh

**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist

**Job Specialty:** Outpatient Rehab

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Days, 8-hour shifts, 40-hour guarantee

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40

**Experience:** Minimum 2+ years of current occupational therapist experience (No New Grads), hand experience required; oncology experience strongly preferred; previous travel experience highly preferred

**License:** Current New Hampshire License or compact license

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS)

**Must-Have:** Experience with EPIC and Expro; own vehicle as this is a small community without public transport

**Job Description:**

- Orientation dates available in December and January
- Typically working with adult patients, but experience with all age groups is welcome
- Must be willing to work either Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after, or New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and the weekend after
- Dress code includes personal scrubs of any color or business casual; athleisure/stretchy clothing is acceptable, but no leggings or crop shirts; no open toe/back shoes
- Requested time off during the course of the assignment must be noted at upload; requests after upload will not be approved and no more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
- Covid vaccinations are strongly recommended, but not required
- Travelers who reside within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered
- Must be committed without simultaneous permanent placements or other travel assignments, and should not request schedule accommodations like block scheduling
