**Guaranteed Hours:** 70 Hours per 2 weeks

**Experience:** 1 Year of Acute Care/Outpatient Experience

**License:** Pending License Accepted, Must obtain AK OT License

**Certifications:** NBOCT

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Acute Care/Outpatient settings
- Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year

**Job Description:**

- Deliver occupational therapy services primarily in an outpatient setting.
- Provide care in a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital.
- Utilize Epic charting system for documentation.
- No on-call requirement, and clinician will not float to other units.
- Open to accommodating a block schedule.
- Facility housing and vehicle provided for assignment, with restrictions on usage.
- Adhere to facility policy, including health and safety requirements.
- Complete necessary orientation and pre-start modules.
- References covering one year of employment within the last three years are essential.
- Participate in orientation with 40 non-billable hours.

Note: Pets are not allowed in the provided housing.
