**Guaranteed Hours:** 70 hours per 2 weeks

**Experience:** 1 year of Acute Care/Outpatient experience

**License:** AK OT License (pending license accepted)

**Certifications:** NBOCT

**Must-Have:**

- Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year
- Commitment to the 50-mile radius rule for candidates
- Specific charting experience with Epic

**Job Description:**

- Work primarily in an outpatient setting within an acute care medical center/long-term care facility
- Operate in a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
- Follow facility guidelines regarding floating policies and block scheduling
- Complete modules as required; average non-billable 16 hours spent, over 20 hours requires approval
- Participate in a 40-hour orientation
- Utilize personal vehicle insurance that covers rental cars for facility-provided vehicle use
- Return facility vehicle clean and with a full tank of gas
- Follow restrictions related to the housing facility, including no pets allowed and cleaning responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with vaccine requirements

This position is open to first-time candidates and requires compliance with specific reference guidelines covering recent experience in a comparable specialty/setting.
