**Guaranteed Hours:** 70 hours per 2 weeks

**License:** Must have or apply for state OT License (pending accepted)

**Certifications:** Board Certification (NBOCT)

**Must-Have:** Acute Care/Outpatient Experience

**Job Description:**

- Work primarily within an outpatient setting at a Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital.
- Facility type includes acute care medical center, long-term care facility, and outpatient services.
- Charting is conducted using Epic software.
- Orientation is 40 hours and includes non-billable modules averaging 16 hours.
- Housing and rental vehicle provided by facility. *Note: Pets are not allowed.*
- Willingness to work two out of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
- Travelers cannot have worked as permanent staff for at least three months at any affiliated facility prior to assignment.
- Housing and rental vehicles provided must be returned clean and within specified contract timeframes.
- No locum allowances for housing or vehicle stipends if facility-provided options are utilized.
- Professional references required, with at least two supervisory references covering one year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
