**License:** Must hold a current and valid Occupational Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.

**Certifications:** BLS or scheduling BLS within 6 months of hire is required. ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.

**Must-Have:**
- Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited program with at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid driver's license.

**Job Description:**

- Responsible for evaluating and treating schoolchildren (ages 3-21) with physical, mental, and/or cognitive deficits that affect classroom success.
- Perform evaluations and treatment based on functional outcomes within an academic setting.
- Accountable to the School Therapy Program Coordinator and Rehabilitation Services Manager.
- Collaborate closely with medical staff, clinical staff, special education instructors/paraprofessionals, teachers, other professional staff, and administrators.
- This position is a combination of both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Occasional weekend coverage, approximately every 6th weekend, focusing only on inpatients.
