**Job Description:**

- Support the Occupational Therapist in conducting therapy treatments to improve patients' mobility and physical health.
- Assist patients in performing exercises or treatment plans.
- Record patient health progress and collect medical history or other personal information.
- Monitor patients' progress to ensure successful completion of treatment.
- Encourage patients throughout their recovery process.
- Help improve patients' quality of life by finding solutions to their problems.
- Assist injured individuals in enhancing motor skills with the goal of re-entering the workforce.
- Teach self-care skills to patients with disabilities to promote independence.
- Update patient records for the Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain the office, treatment room, and equipment in good order.
- Educate patients, family members, or other caregivers in skills and techniques to aid in treatment programs.
