**Job Description:**

- Work in a dynamic outpatient setting with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Responsible for managing a caseload of outpatient clients, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Schedule includes seeing 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow-up visits as expected.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with clinic procedures.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards for patient care.
