**Job Description:**

- Work as a Home Health Occupational Therapist in Medford, OR, and surrounding areas.
- Provide patient care with a 1:1 ratio, visiting up to 6 patients per day, adhering to a standard of 30 productivity points.
- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement therapeutic strategies and interventions.
- Utilize EPIC for charting and maintaining accurate records of patient care.
- Adapt to the needs of the system to minimize drive and windshield time, with occasional travel up to a 50+ mile radius.
- Orientation includes 40 hours to familiarize with procedures and protocols.
- Oasis experience is preferred but not required.
- Local applicants within a 50-75 mile radius are encouraged to apply; they will be considered at the same rate.
- Weekend work and on-call duties are not required.
- Flexible schedule not available; block scheduling requests not accommodated.
- Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours. Additional time requires management approval.

Note: All travel therapists are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may affect the assignment and guaranteed hours.
