**Job Description:**

- Conduct assessments of clients' physical capacities, developmental, and psychosocial functions using standardized or non-standardized tools.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans, either individually or in groups.
- Determine appropriate therapy techniques and sequencing.
- Coordinate treatment plans with other programs for comprehensive client benefit.
- Provide consultations with clients, healthcare professionals, and interested parties regarding treatment progress and recommendations.
- Participate actively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
- Assess and identify suitable adaptive equipment for clients.
- Document evaluations, observations, and treatment plans comprehensively.
- Maintain accurate records and requisition necessary supplies and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest knowledge relevant to occupational therapy by attending trainings and workshops.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings.
