**Job Description:**

- Perform assessments and develop treatment plans for patients to improve their activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education and resources to patients and families.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including Covid testing, with a test required 72 hours prior to start, and results issued 48 hours prior.

**Note:** Position urgency is normal. Holiday coverage is not required. Being bilingual is not a requirement.
